The College of Innovation and Management, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRU), proudly congratulates Mr. Kritsana Charoenphongphakdee, a student in the Esports Management Program, on winning the Street Fighter 6 Championship at the 1st Thailand University Esports Championship.

The prestigious tournament, THAILAND UNIVERSITY ESPORTS CHAMPIONSHIP, was held at KKU NEXUS ARENA (Physical Education Complex), Khon Kaen University, from July 6–10, 2026. The event brought together more than 400 student-athletes, representing 100 teams from 38 universities across Thailand. Competitors battled in three major titles—ROV, FC Online, and Street Fighter 6—for a total prize pool of 500,000 baht.

On July 9, the championship matches for Street Fighter 6 and FC Online took center stage. In the Street Fighter 6 competition, 11 elite players from six universities qualified for the national finals after an intense qualifying process.

The grand final featured an exciting showdown between Kritsana Charoenphongphakdee, competing under the gamer tag “TheReaperSama,” representing Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and Khunanon Inthirat (“Seangame”) from Sripatum University.

A former member of the Thailand National Esports Team, Kritsana entered the finals as the tournament's top seed and remained undefeated throughout the competition, winning every match and advancing through the winners' bracket without a single loss. Notably, the only defeat suffered by his opponent during the tournament came at Kritsana's hands earlier in the competition.

With exceptional skill, composure, and consistency, Kritsana emerged victorious in the championship match, claiming the Street Fighter 6 National Championship and bringing pride to Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

This remarkable achievement highlights the growing excellence of SSRU students in competitive esports and reflects the College of Innovation and Management's commitment to developing talented professionals and athletes for the digital entertainment industry.
