Quality Management Innovation Program Receives Internal Educational Quality Assessment for Academic Year 2025

The Bachelor of Business Administration Program in Quality Management Innovation (Revised Curriculum, B.E. 2022) underwent an Internal Educational Quality Assessment for Academic Year 2025 (B.E. 2568) in accordance with the 2015 Undergraduate Program Standards.

The assessment aimed to evaluate the program’s performance under the internal educational quality assurance system and promote continuous improvement in educational management in accordance with the standards established by the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI).

Expert Assessment Committee

The assessment was conducted by an expert committee consisting of:

Comprehensive Quality Assessment

During the assessment, the committee reviewed the program’s performance across various areas, including curriculum administration, teaching and learning management, faculty development, student development, learning outcomes, and internal educational quality assurance.

The assessment also provided valuable recommendations to enhance the program’s quality and effectiveness and ensure that it remains responsive to the needs of its stakeholders.

The program achieved an overall average assessment score of 4.14 across all indicators and components.

The Quality Management Innovation Program remains committed to continuously enhancing the quality of education and producing graduates with strong knowledge and competencies in business administration and quality management, along with integrity, ethics, and professional competencies that respond to the evolving needs of today’s business and industrial sectors.

The program will incorporate the committee’s recommendations into its ongoing curriculum development efforts to further strengthen its quality, effectiveness, and academic standards.
