• Collection Method: You may collect the gown in person or authorize a representative to collect it on your behalf.
• Required Documents (Please bring one of the following):
  • The gown reservation slip (The blue slip)
  • The official payment receipt (Received via email)
  • Note: Digital photos or screenshots of these documents are acceptable.

• Please thoroughly inspect the condition of your gown immediately upon receiving it.
• Any requests for alterations or exchanges must be made within the collection day only.
