Asst. Prof. Dr. Yananyada Siraphatthada, a lecturer in the Doctor of Philosophy Program in Innovation Management at the College of Innovation and Management, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, participated in the 10th Advisory Meeting (2026) of the Senate Subcommittee on Employment and Workforce Skills Development.

The meeting was held on Wednesday, 6 May 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in the CB 311 Committee Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Parliament Building, Bangkok.

During the meeting, participants discussed and advanced research initiatives focusing on employment opportunities and workforce skills development for older persons. The discussions emphasized evidence-based policy recommendations, strategies to promote lifelong employability, and approaches to enhancing the quality of life and economic participation of Thailand's aging population.

As an advisor and academic expert, Asst. Prof. Dr. Yananyada contributed her knowledge and professional perspectives to support the development of research and policy recommendations aimed at strengthening employment systems and lifelong skills development for senior citizens.
