"Administrators from the College of Innovation and Management lead the CIM team in reinventing the college."

The project "Workshop Reinventing the College of Innovation and Management to a Digital University" was organized by the College of Innovation and Management at the Grand Pacific Sovereign Resort & Spa in Cha-Am, Phetchaburi Province. Between November 27 and 29, 2022, under the direction of Asst. prof. Dr. Cholpassorn Sitthiwarongchai, Dean of the College of Innovation and Management by discussing policy and clarifying operational guidelines for reinventing the college. They clarified the ways of reinventing each department with the assistance of the five deputy deans, including Asst. Prof. Dr. Chumpol Rodjam, deputy dean for administration and planning. Asst. Prof. Hathaipan Soonthornpipit, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Networking. Asst.Prof.Dr.Supattra Pranee, Deputy Dean for Research and Academic Services. Dr.Anuchit Kullawanich, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Arts and Culture and Dr.Sakul Jariyachamsit, Deputy Dean for Quality Assurance and Special Affairs. This was to align the College's operating model with the university's strategies and policies, such as organizational changes, teaching and learning management in the digital age, New Age Teaching Aids, encourage personnel to obtain international professional qualifications, develop research development guidelines, and etc. In which the lecturer took part and presented plans for reinventing each curriculum. All levels from doctoral, master's, and bachelor's programs, a total of 15 curriculum, including a special speech by Ajarn Kiatskul Cholkongka, organizational efficiency consultant, on the topic "CIM Reinventing: Smart and Smooth." to strengthen personnel operations Furthermore, seminars and small group meetings have been organized to assist personnel in finding ways to collaborate that lead to efficiency and results in accordance with College policy.
