June 26, 2026 – The Innovation in Quality Management (IQM) Program, College of Innovation and Management, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized the workshop “Internship Unlocked: Real Stories Beyond the Classroom” from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Conference Room 1, 4th Floor, Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology.

More than simply sharing academic knowledge, the event focused on passing on confidence, practical experience, and valuable insights from senior students to their juniors in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The workshop was designed to help students prepare for their upcoming internships and future careers by providing first-hand experiences from those who have already completed their internships.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Assistant Professor Dr. Phanida Nilarun, Associate Dean for Research and Academic Services, who delivered the opening remarks and encouraged students to make the most of the opportunity to learn from real-world experiences.

The workshop was organized through the dedication of senior students from the Class of 2023 (Student ID 66), who volunteered to share practical tips and in-depth advice on how to achieve a successful internship. Their experiences provided valuable guidance under the theme "From Seniors to Juniors," covering several key topics, including:

  • Preparing for an Internship: Practical tips on mental preparation, professional etiquette, and appropriate workplace attire.
  • Adapting to the Workplace: Strategies for adjusting to organizational culture, overcoming workplace challenges, and handling real-life situations professionally.
  • Essential Soft Skills: Techniques for building positive relationships, effective communication, and strong professional networks with supervisors and colleagues.

The event reflected the program's commitment to fostering a supportive learning community where students learn not only from their instructors but also from the experiences of their peers. By bridging the gap between classroom learning and workplace realities, the workshop empowered students with greater confidence and readiness as they prepare to embark on their professional journeys.
