Management Training: Implementing OKRs for Strategic Excellence

On Tuesday, May 5, 2026, Asst. Prof. Dr. Cholpassorn Sitthiwarongchai, Dean of the College of Innovation and Management, attended a specialized training session on Objectives and Key Results (OKR).

Accompanied by Asst. Prof. Dr. Wilailuck Rakbumrung (Associate Dean for Planning and Quality Assurance) and Ms. Jurairat Anuphan (Head of Planning and Quality Assurance), the team participated to deepen their understanding of result-based management and to enhance organizational efficiency in alignment with strategic goals.

The college was honored to have Assoc. Prof. Dr. Luedech Girdwichai, Chairman of the University Council, as the keynote speaker. He shared expert knowledge on the principles, concepts, and practical applications of OKRs for effective organizational management.

The event was held at the Chorkaew Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
