On 23 June 2026, the College of Innovation and Management sent representatives from three Communities of Practice (CoPs) on Knowledge Management, comprising both academic and support staff, with two representatives from each group, to participate in the workshop "Advancing Knowledge Management with Generative AI" for the Fiscal Year 2026.

The on-site workshop was held at the Chokaew Conference Room, 5th Floor, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, while additional university personnel participated online. The program was organized by the Policy and Planning Division, Office of the President, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Wittaya Mekkham, Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance. The workshop also featured an expert speaker, Dr. Siwaporn Linthaluek, Lecturer in the Digital Media Technology Program, Faculty of Science and Technology, Thonburi University, who shared valuable knowledge and practical experience on several key topics, including modern knowledge management concepts with Generative AI, the application of AI as a knowledge management co-pilot, Prompt Engineering techniques for knowledge extraction, AI-assisted knowledge organization and content development, and the creation of knowledge-sharing media through AI-generated videos.

The workshop was designed to empower university personnel to effectively integrate Generative AI into their daily operations, data management, and organizational knowledge development. It also aimed to foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and innovation across the university, enabling staff to enhance organizational efficiency and embrace digital transformation through AI technologies.
