Honored to have a representative from the Had Som Paen community share their expertise on creating white clay ceramics. This project aims to drive economic growth for the community and entrepreneurs by exchanging knowledge on packaging design development. The ceramic group of Had Som Paen, Ranong Province, collaborated with students from the College of Innovation to co-design packaging and exchange ideas, conducting a SWOT analysis together. This revealed the community's desire to incorporate the essence of Had Som Paen into the packaging.
The project seeks to achieve practical outcomes and benefits aligned with its objectives, supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
Goal 1: End
poverty in all its forms everywhere
– by developing white clay ceramic
community products for sale, generating
income for occupational
groups.
Goal 8:
Promote sustained, inclusive, and
sustainable economic growth, full and
productive employment, and decent work
for all – by empowering the
community to enhance sustainable product
development, increasing employment
opportunities, and fostering skilled
local labor.
