Ajarn Aditya Buasri, Business Incubation Unit Manager research and development institute Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, received a project certificate "Developing the potential of operational personnel in research and innovation management (Project/Program Officer: PO) of the unit receiving the budget from the Science Promotion Fund, class 1, with Assoc. Research and Innovation (TSRI) presided over the certificate awarding ceremony at Century Park on Tuesday, January 10, 2023.

The NNR system development office organized the program to promote the strength of agencies in the NNR system, the NNR, and the University of Phayao, with Prof. Dr. Samer Thanoi, Vice President for Research and Innovation. The project is led by the University of Phayao. In addition, applicants from both the administration and capital management units have been chosen to attend training. Budget units consisting of educational institutions, research institutes, and various ministries, with a total of 119 people focusing on Active Learning Experience workshops using a combination of online and onsite systems.

The curriculum's key learning principles are divided into three parts: (1) Lectures - Exchange of ideas and learning in five subject groups (online), namely Group 1 Research Administration and Management at the Upstream Level, Group 2 Research Administration and Management at the Mid-Water Level, Group 3 Research Administration and Management at the Downstream Level, Group 4 Development of tools or innovations for research administration and management, and Group 5 Development of works and own progression paths. (2) Case studies for learning. Successful (case study) and research visits (site visits) Domestic Research and Innovation Management Unit Subject group 6 includes group relation activities and study visits. To compare and integrate knowledge for practical application. (3) assignment to practice in practice. Throughout the training period, there is a mentoring system (Coaching) to advise and provide advice.

This course provides knowledge, concepts, skills, and new experiences that can be applied at work. Systematize and process ideas for the development of systematic work. There is a process for working as a team.
